My First Blog Post!
How I got here…The Making of Digna Toledo Photography
Today I am writing my first blog. I am extremely nervous as this is something very new to me. Blogging is totally out of my comfort zone, but I know that in time I will feel much more at ease with it. How did I get here? I have always loved taking pictures. I feel that when I am taking a photo I am given the ability to “freeze” time.
I will start by telling you a bit about myself. My name is Digna Toledo (aka DT). I am a passionate, stylish and versatile photographer based in New Jersey. I specialize in weddings, families and events. Aside from being a photographer, I am a wife to a wonderful man, a mother of two beautiful kids and a lover of CHRIST! Without HIM I am nothing and it is because of HIM that I am where I am today.
As a professional, I am constantly looking to expand my skills and learn more about the art of photography. Recently, in November 2013, I attended a two day workshop in Virginia, “The Workshop Experience with Katelyn James”. It was by far the most informational workshop I have ever attended. Katelyn is simply the best and she gave me the push that I needed. It is because of Katelyn that I am blogging today and I am very thankful for that.
